Vila Roma

Vila Roma is characterized by the different levels in which it develops and that follow the topography of the surrounding area.

This alteration and expansion project was born from the owners’ need to have more rooms for their family and from the expectation of achieving a final result in which part of the original features of the building is maintained, such as the ceramic tile-covered roofs, the eaves and frames in the spans, combined with a more contemporary language through the use of large spans and new materials.

Due to the large difference in heights between the lot entrance and the main entrance, it was necessary to create a staircase access that is absorbed by a waterfall and vegetation.
