These are all services of excellence, which involve rigorous processes, comply with compliance and are regulated by the Order of Architects.
Architectural Project
Architectural and specialties project for the purpose of obtaining a license for the execution of the desired construction sites, from new constructions, demolition, alteration and enlargement to rehabilitation and legalization, subject to prior control by the City Council, in particular licensing and prior communication.
The service includes the written and designed pieces, complemented with 3D images of the intended final result and may include, when necessary, geological and geotechnical studies, intervention proposals for the recovery and rehabilitation of properties, previous study and preliminary draft.
At the same time, the architecture is coordinated with the specialties projects, in partnership with engineering projects teams in order to ensure a fully integrated process.
The concept of each architectural project is unique and personalized to each client and to the specificities of each place, complying with current legislation and with a focus on obtaining optimized and sustainable technical solutions without ever neglecting the excellence of the execution in order to exceed the expectations of each client.
Execution Project and List of Specifications
The execution project is characterized by detailed designs and definition of materials that provide the contractor with the necessary information for the good development of the work, contributing to the efficiency of those involved in the construction process.
The list of specifications consists of the documentation that contains a set of guidelines and references, according to the execution project, which must be respected during the development of the work. It is like an instruction manual of the architectural project and its respective specialties, properly organized, essential for understanding and clarifying the methods and forms of application and construction with the prescribed materials.
Remodeling, Decoration And Interior Design Projects
Remodeling, decoration and interior design projects also using the designed pieces and 3D images, so that the customer has the best possible perception of the final result.
This service consists of a technical and photographic survey of the place that precedes the elaboration of technical designs and consecutively the execution project.
Construction Site Direction And Coordination
Construction site direction and coordination consists of ensuring that the execution of the construction is in accordance with the architectural, specialties and execution projects and the compatibility of the various projects of specialties and Interveners in the project.
Construction Site Supervision
Construction site supervision consists of ensuring the verification of the construction execution in accordance with the execution project, monitoring the execution of the work and the supervision of the course of the works and the performance of the Site Manager in the exercise of his/her duties.
It is a person hired by the owner of the construction site, to whom he has to communicate, as well as to the project coordinator the serious technical deficiencies verified in the project or the need to change it for its correct execution.
Consulting Services
Consulting services when the client needs guidance on what to execute in a certain place or building according to the current legislation.
The consultancy does not require the elaboration of projects, revealing itself a faster process and focused on the technical advice and opinion.
The consultancy may also include a visit to the local/place to discuss ideas, to provide small feasibility studies to determine the costs/benefits regarding the desired solution, among other things.
The Consultancy can be developed separately or be part of a larger project.
